This website (hereinafter: the website) is enabled by MARINOX d.o.o., Posavska ulica 115, 10 370 Rugvica (hereinafter: MARINOX).

A. Personal data processing

In the following part, we would like to provide you with information on how we process your personal data while you use our website. Unless otherwise stated in the following chapters, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data arises from the fact that such processing is necessary in order for you to be able to access the functionality of the website you have requested.

Use of our website

1 Website access

After you open our website, your browser will transfer specific data to our web server. Data transfer is done for technical reasons so we can make the requested information available to you. To help you access the website, the following data is collected, stored for a short time, and used:

- IP address;

- Access date and time;

- Request content (specific page);

- Amount of transferred data;

- The website requesting access;

- Browser, language setup and browser, operating system and interface version.

Furthermore, in order to protect our legitimate interests, we store such data for a limited time so that we can begin tracking personal data in the case of unauthorized or attempted unauthorized access to our servers.

a) What are cookies?

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored in your device memory via your browser. They store specific information (e.g. the language used or page settings) that your browser can (depending on the cookie lifetime) send to us again on your next visit to our website.

b) Which cookies do we use?

There are two categories of cookies: (1) functional cookies, without which the functionality of our website would be reduced, and (2) additional cookies used to analyse the website and for marketing purposes. The following tables contain detailed descriptions of the cookies we use.

c) Subject to your permission

3 Cookies setup

We use Google Analytics, Google Inc. web analytics service, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google”) on our website.

Google analyses your use of our website on our behalf. We use cookies that are described in more detail in the table above for that purpose. The information Google collects regarding your use of our website (e.g. your starting URL, our pages you visited, the browser you are using, your language settings, your operating system and your display resolution) are uploaded to a Google server in the US, where they are stored and analysed. We are provided with results in an anonymous form.   During that, the data on your use is not associated with your full IP address. We have activated the Google IP Anonymization feature on our website.

You can, at any given time, withdraw your permission for web analytics by downloading and installing the available Google plug-in for browsers which prevents web analytics as long as you are using a browser with the installed plug-in and until you delete the cookie.

4 External services or content on our website

Third party services and/or content can be activated on our website. When using such third-party services or when third-party content is displayed, communication data is exchanged between you and the respective service provider for technical reasons.

The respective service or content provider can also process your data for additional purposes of their own. In accordance with our options, we have configured the services and content of the service provider for our own purposes so that any communication for purposes other than providing their services on our website is blocked, or communication occurs only after you actively choose to use the corresponding service. Nevertheless, given that we do not have control over the data collected and processed by third parties, we are not in a position to provide binding information regarding the purpose of this processing of your data.
